RETURN POLICY
According to the electronic commerce lawGEO no. 34/2014, art. 9the consumer (buyer) has the right to unilaterally terminate the distance contract, within 14 calendar days, without penalties and without citing any reason. The only costs that can be borne by the consumer (buyer) are the direct costs of returning the products.
The customer has the right, within 14 calendar days of receiving the ordered products, to return the product and notify the company of his decision to abandon the ordered products, without the obligation to cite a specific reason.
The return is accepted only when the products are sealed, in perfect condition and have all the labels with which they were delivered.
It is mandatory to send the products in the same condition, unopened, sealed, original, in the original undamaged packaging and box, with the labels intact, together with all the documents received at the time of purchase: the invoice or tax receipt. The lack of a document/product entitles the supplier to refuse the return and refund of that product.
Please pack the products properly so that they are returned to us intact.
Before returning the product, it is mandatory to notify office@AbundBerry.com of your intention to return a product or several products.
According to the legislation in force, the consumer bears the direct costs related to the return of the products. We will check all returned products before sending your money back.
Within a maximum of 14 calendar days after taking possession of the ordered products, the customer can return part of the products or the entire order.
The customer undertakes to pay the value of the return transport by courier according to the legislation in force.
www.AbundBerry.comrefund the amounts related to the return using the same payment methods as those used by the customer for the initial transaction, unless the customer has agreed to another payment method and provided that the consumer does not have to pay commissions following the refund.
Full payment of the return within 14 working days will be made to the bank account provided by the customer.
