His involvement in the company is complex and covers several plans: setting development objectives, launching and implementing new projects, developing and strengthening existing partnerships with distributors and suppliers, identifying new partners, expanding the distribution network, establishing a marketing strategy, ensuring the relationship with banks, coordinating the Abund Berry team and recruiting new team members

Marian Burtea is Ionel Burtea's father, he supervises crops and specific agricultural works.
Farmer
Constantin Burtea is the grandfather of Ionel Burtea, from whom he inherited the love for his native places and the passion for agriculture. Constantin Burtea gets involved in the agricultural work carried out on the farm.
PR and Marketing
Alina Burtea is Ionel Burtea's mother and is responsible for organizing the company's participation in events and fairs. At the same time, Alina Burtea coordinates the team that works at the warehouse and supervises the open events that take place on weekends at the farm in Țicleni.
Logistics Coordinator
Ana Maria Burtea is the sister of Ionel Burtea and is responsible for coordinating the logistics activity in the company, from unloading the products supplied to the warehouse, to sorting, packaging and loading the products that are delivered to supermarkets and other partners - distributors, restaurants.
