Founder Abund Berry
Ionel Burtea is the founder and decision-maker in the Abund Berry business, the one who had the dream of launching a business in agriculture. He is involved in many aspects of his business: establishing development objectives, launching and implementing new projects, developing and strengthening existing partnerships with distributors and suppliers, identifying new partners, expanding the distribution network, establishing a marketing strategy, ensuring the relationship with the banks, coordinating the Abund Berry team and recruiting new team members.
Winemaker
Marian Burtea is Ionel Burtea’s father. He supervises the plantation and the specific agricultural activities.
Farmer
Constantin Burtea is Ionel Burtea’s grandfather, from whom he inhereted the love for his birth place and the passion for agriculture. Constantin Burtea is involved in the agricultural activities carried out on the farm.
PR & Marketing
Alina Burtea is Ionel Burtea's mother and she is responsible for organizing the company's participation in events and fairs. At the same time, Alina Burtea coordinates the team that works at the warehouse and supervises the open events that take place on weekends at the farm in Țicleni.
Logistics Coordinator
Ana Maria Burtea is Ionel Burtea’s sister and she is responsible for coordinating the logistics activity in the company, from unloading the supplied products at the warehouse, to sorting, packing and loading the products that are delivered to supermarkets and to the other partners – distributors and restaurants.
