1. The type of glass

3. The temperature of the wine

Usually, for storage, the recommended temperature is 12 °C. If it is too cold, its taste cannot be distinguished, and if it is too warm, the aromas are stronger and stronger.

 

4. The quantity of wine

 

A smaller amount is ideal, to be able to enjoy it and to be able to keep track of the amount consumed. Large glasses are usually limited to a quarter of their capacity.

 

5. Swirl the glass

 

It is important to swirl the wine in the glass to aerate it, releasing the aromas and emphasizing its quality, which makes the tasting a remarkable experience.
