RETURN POLICY
According to the law on electronic commerce GEO no. 34/2014, art. 9 the consumer (buyer) has the right to unilaterally terminate the distance contract, within 14 calendar days, without penalties and without invoking any reason. The only costs that can be borne by the consumer (buyer) are the direct costs of returning the products.
The customer has the right, within 14 calendar days of receipt of the ordered products, to return the product and notify the company of its decision to cancel the ordered products, without the obligation to invoke a specific reason.
Returns are accepted only when the sealed products are in perfect condition and have all the labels with which they were delivered.
It is mandatory to send the products in the same condition, unopened, sealed, original, in the original packaging and box undamaged, with the labels intact, together with all the documents received for purchase: invoice or tax receipt. The lack of a document / product gives the supplier the right to refuse the return and refund of that product.
Please pack the products properly so that they are returned intact to us.
Before returning the product, it is mandatory to notify office@abundberry.com of your intention to return one or more products.
Under current legislation, the consumer bears the direct costs of returning the products. We will check all the products received in return before sending your money back.
Within a maximum of 14 calendar days from taking possession of the ordered products, the customer can return part or all of the order in full.
The customer undertakes to pay the value of the return transport by courier according to the legislation in force.
www.abundberry.com refunds the amounts related to the return using the same payment methods as those used by the customer for the initial transaction, unless the customer has agreed to another payment method and provided that it is not borne by the consumer payment of commissions following reimbursement.
The full payment of the return within 14 working days will be made in the bank account provided by the client.
